How do I place an order?
Placing a custom made order for a product is simple. Send me a message detailing which item you would like with your preference of colours and I will send some fabric samples so you can choose accurately the patterns you prefer. As I am very eco-conscious I will send a SAE for you to return them detailing your preferences.
Please note that a 50% deposit will be required before work will commence.
When will my order be ready?
Your order, which is handmade by me, will be ready for shipment between 2-6 weeks depending on the item ordered and the volume of orders, and after full payment has been received.
What are the shipping costs?
There is a flat UK fee shipping charge of £3.95. Any orders £50 or over will shipped free of charge to UK mainland addresses. All other countries will be priced separately. A reduction of postage will be offered for bulk orders. Fabric samples with be sent free of charge with a SAE for return.
What is your returns policy?
I love to give good service so if you find that your purchase is less than perfect, I will be happy to replace your item, together with postage. All items may be returned in perfect condition within 30 days of purchase. I regret that custom made orders cannot be returned unless faulty.
What are your delivery options?
Smaller items will be sent by Royal Mail. Larger items will be delivered by a courier and will need a signature on arrival Details of your delivery and tracking codes will be sent to you once your order is completed.
How do I return an item?
Please message me and I will send you the address to return your item to. Include receipt and reason for return with your product - refund will be paid within 5 days of receipt of product.
Secure ordering and payment options
Paypal is my preferred method of receiving payment. It is a safe and secure method of payment and is available to non-paypal account holders to use with credit cards.
Care of your product
Your product has been carefully handmade with high quality fabrics. Caring for them will ensure a long life. You can wash organic cottons in the machine or by hand at low temperatures. ALL woollen products should be professionally dry cleaned.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
